Many countries have special programs for qualified foreigners to work. Often combined with very good long-term Visa and Work-Permit Conditions. Check out **i.e. Thailand** (some Ukrainians and Russians and other Foreigners are already running companies here and live here i.e. in Phuket).
The Board of Investment of Thailand BOI promotes companies with good projects and those companies usually have special conditions and can easily employ qualified foreign people.
