Translating a complete Webpage to your Native Language
Often we are facing the problem that interesting articles available online are written in a language we don't understand.

**But there is a simple solution to that problem.**
## 1. Install the **Google Chrome Browser**
if you haven't done it already. [https://www.google.com/chrome/](https://www.google.com/chrome/)
Follow the steps mentioned on the Chrome Browser website.

## 2. Install the **Google Translate Extension**.

## 3. Click on Add Chrome

## 4. Click on Add extension

## 5. Click on the Puzzle Piece
The extension will appear in your top right bar menu but might disappear again. In that case, click on the **puzzle piece** icon, and a list with all installed extensions will appear.

## 6. Click on the pin icon
It is located behind the name "Google Translate". This will pin this extension to your main browser bar and you will see it always when opening the browser.

## 7. Drag and Drop the icon to a new position
Move the icon via drag and drop to the left end of this icon bar. This makes it easier to find it.

8\. Open the website you like to translate and click on that **Google Translate icon**.

## 9. Click on "**TRANSLATE THIS PAGE**"
A pop-up menu will appear. Click on "**TRANSLATE THIS PAGE**". Now your whole webpage will be translated into the language you have set for your browser - you can change it later also to any other language - don't worry!

If you like to translate it to another language than your browser's language you need to click on the small blue arrow after "**Translated to** English".
## 10. Switchback and other options
You can also switch back to the original. and may repeat the whole process again.
Check also "**options**" to adjust Google Translate to your liking.
**\[x\]** will close the Google Translate Browser bar again and switch back to the original language.
Google translate works on any website that is using the Chrome browser and that includes also Google Forms - That is especially helpful when you have to fill out forms where you can't even read the letters ;-).
