### Abstract
This experimental research aims to 1) compare students' ability in problem-solving before and after using Montessori Method in learning experience management. The sample group was 12 students of Banthakeanngam School, 1" semester, the year 2018. These 12 students were selected by purposive sampling. Tools used in the research were 1) Twelve lesson plans using Montessori Method in learning experience management. 2) Paper-Based Tests with open-ended questions for investigating students' ability in problem-solving (before and after the treatment); Observing students' behavior in individual, pairs, and group tasks. The statistics used in the analysis were Percentage, Mean (X), Standard Deviation (S.D), and Paired t-test.\

The research findings were as follows:\
\
1) The students' score in the problem-solving Post-Test could gain statistical significance at 0.05.\
\
2) Result of development on students' behavior in their individual tasks shows that all 12 students (100%) could improve their behavior. That of students' behavior in their pair work shows that 2 pairs (33.33%) achieved the same score of their tasks which means their behavior is stable and another 3 pairs (66.66%) could get a higher score which means they could develop their behavior. The students in all 4 groups could get a higher score which means they could develop their behavior as well.\

3) Overview result of score comparison between individual, pair, and group works\
\
shows that their behavior in all kinds of tasks is at a high level.
